Key insight: Three things in the first 15 seconds - pattern interrupt, reason for the call, permission to continue.

Until they fill out the form, they're still just curious. The registration is the bridge between interest and action - and it must happen on the same call.
Key insight: Same-day registration = higher show rate. Every day of delay cuts your odds in half.

After the Live Call ends, interest is at its peak. Miss the 10-minute window and it drops by half. Book the Discovery Call or 3-Way before they close their laptop.
Key insight: Don't ask - tell. "Let me get you on with [leader] this week. Tuesday or Thursday?"

Key insight: Three touches - same-day confirmation, 24-hour reminder, day-of check-in. Non-negotiable.

Key insight: Brief your leader in 60 seconds - who they are, what they do, their main question.

They say yes. Most agents blow it - celebrating too early or pushing too hard. Nail the moment, celebrate briefly, and move directly to the application. Same call. Same day.
Key insight: Verbal commit to completed application must happen same day. Every hour of delay is a chance for doubt.
